ABOUT ME
Having worked with children and their families, with foster carers, teachers, and therapists, and through my own experiences, over the last 25 years, I've learned, unlearned, and continue to! but principally I've learned that, given a safe space, and a means to do so, our own unconscious can bring us through the hard stuff. From little humans who don't yet have the words, to experiences for which there are no words, we all, at times, need a space to explore and process what we carry.

i believe this service is for Anyone. From 5 to 105.
Whether you are struggling, supporting someone else, OR SIMPLY trying to better understand yourself, YOURSELF & this curious, often challenging, life.
however, should i feel that i am not the most appropriate practitioner to respond to your particular needs, please know that i will discuss this with you. health & wellbeing are paramount. time, and finances are precious. as such the right fit for each individual is vital.
